A Matter of Balance
A Matter of Balance is a free, evidence-based program is designed for people 60 years and older to help prevent and manage falls. The series will take place at Heritage Commons on Wednesdays, September 30 to November 18 from 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Registration is required by September 23.

WERQ Dance Fitness
WERQouts are designed with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps. The next series begins on Thursday, October 1 and runs weekly through November 19, at Heritage Commons in Marshall. Registration is required by September 24.

Durable Medical Equipment Closet

The DME Closet at CareWell Services provides loans or gifts of clean and sanitized recycled durable medical equipment at no cost to community members.
