Powerful Tools for Caregivers
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week workshop series that helps caregivers care for themselves while caring for others. The series will take place on Wednesdays from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm, from September 16 to October 21 at Thornapple Credit Union in Middleville. Registration is required by September 9.

WERQ Dance Fitness
WERQouts are designed with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps. The next series begins on Thursday, October 1 and runs weekly through November 19, at Heritage Commons in Marshall. Registration is required by September 24.
