Dementia Caregiving Workshop

This free workshop will cover Dementia Information for Everyone. Workshop is Monday, November 4, held at Forks Senior Center. Registration required by October 28.

WERQ is a six-week free workout class designed for everybody, with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps. WERQ is fitness, fun, and friendships! Begins November 4.

Diabetes Personal Action Toward Health (D-PATH) is a FREE six-week class that teaches practical skills for living a healthy live with Diabetes. Beginning October 17, held at Heritage Commons. Registration required by October 10.

Educational lunches on Fridays covering topics on health, choice, and independence. Registration with lunch required by the Wednesday prior at 3:00 pm.
