Active Choices
A six-month individual coaching program for older adults wanting to live a more active lifestyle. After sign up, you will have one in-person meeting with your advisor to create your individual plan. Support, guidance, and encouragement will be provided by phone for the remainder of the program.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week workshop that empowers caregivers to care for themselves while caring for their loved one. Wednesday from 10:00 - 11:30 am, beginning February 11, 2026. Registration is required by February 4.

Durable Medical Equipment Closet

The DME Closet at CareWell Services provides loans or gifts of clean and sanitized recycled durable medical equipment at no cost to community members.

CareWell also accepts donations of lightly used DME equipment.
