Dementia Caregiving Workshop

A free three-week workshop for caregivers, held at Pine Creek Reservation Community Center in Fulton beginning February 10 at 12:00 pm. Registration for all three sessions required by February 3.

A Matter of Balance

An 8-week award-winning, free program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. For people 60 years of age or older. Beginning February 5, registration required by January 29. Registration for this program is full. If you are interested in this program call 269-966-2450.

Diabetes Personal Action Toward Health (D-PATH) is a FREE six-week class that teaches practical skills for living a healthy life with Diabetes. Beginning March 5, held at Kool Family Community Center. Registration required by February 26.

Educational lunches on Fridays covering topics on health, choice, and independence. Registration with lunch required by the Wednesday prior at 3:00 pm.
