Sign up at the front desk by the 10th and we will order you a copy of the book (yours to keep for free). We will call you when the book is in, then stop by and pick yours up and dive in!!

Sign up at the front desk if you’d like to order walking poles through Heritage Commons ($30 per pair). The poles are fully adjustable, come with different bottoms for varying terrains, and are available in black, blue, purple, red, or silver. You should not use ski or hiking poles for Nordic Walking.
