MMAP counselors are excited to see you in person for this year’s open enrollment with social distancing and barriers in place! For those that do not wish to get out of the house quite yet, we understand, and we will still be available to counsel you over the phone. From October 15 through December 7, you can compare, verify, and change your medication coverage for 2022.
As a reminder, we are able to review your Part D Prescription Plan as well as your Medicare Advantage Plan. To be able to assist you most accurately, counselors may require your Medicare number, date of birth, medication information, and insurance information.

Many counselors continue to work from home on a part time basis, so your caller ID may not indicate the call is coming from the MMAP site when returning your call.
Keep an eye out for mailings coming from your current insurance company, as they are required to notify you of coverage and cost changes. As always, be aware of any possible scam calls or emails coming your way!
