Our BeWell Programs are great ways to stay active and fit while having fun! We’re happy to introduce our new BeWell Activities Coordinator, Colleen. To let you get to know her, we asked her a few questions. You can read her responses below.

Favorite hobby: Singing.
What do you enjoy most about teaching fitness classes?
The people, of course. Knowing that I’ve helped someone do something good for themselves is a wonderful feeling.
What is your favorite way to stay fit?
WERQ, it’s a blast!
What excites you about working at CareWell?
I love the atmosphere. I feel I will be able to flourish here. My coworkers are enthusiastic about the impact we can have as an organization. I’m excited about regionally facilitating programs and the number of people I can positively affect.
